Are these third-party tested?
Every batch is independently tested by a third-party analytical lab for identity and purity. The certificate of analysis is filed by batch number and provided with your order, so you verify the exact lot you received.
How fast do you ship?
Orders ship from the United States in plain, protective, unbranded packaging, tracked to the door. Shipping is free on research orders over $200; a flat rate applies below that. Carrier options, cutoff times and transit estimates are shown at checkout and set out in the shipping policy.
How is my order packaged?
Discreetly, in plain unbranded outer packaging with no product names on the exterior. Lyophilized vials are stable in transit; store per your research protocol on arrival.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us within seven days with photos and your order number. Damage that clearly occurred in transit is replaced at our discretion. See the returns policy for full details.
